Orlando, FL, June 15, 2011: To coincinde with InfoComm 2011, the Bosch Security Systems Tech Support team is pleased to announce its new knowledgebase website (knowledge.boschsecurity.com), which includes a comprehensive library of technical articles covering all Bosch Security and Communications (Bosch Conferencing & Public Address, Electro-Voice, RTS, Telex) product lines.

Articles will be regularly contributed by the Tech Support team in various formats, including Q&A, Glossary, and Tutorials. Through this interface, users may also submit their own questions and even download the entire database. There are hyperlinks to the Knowledgebase on the support pages within the Electro-Voice, RTS, and Telex websites. In addition, live chat finctionality is planned for June/July.
